Shipping Policy Shipping Policy Information about your package will be sent to you by e-mail upon processing by our shipping department. Eventually a tracking number and the URL will be provided from which you can track the exact location of your parcel. Our courier agents DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. DELIVERY TIME: All orders are usually shipped within 21 days after the confirmation of the order. However your products may not be in stock and in that case a custom made shipment may take 5/6 weeks. All products are first polythene packed then packing paper wrapped. All orders are shipped by Ist class courier service and home delivered within approximately 5 working days after dispatch of the shipment. Please note that all the products (Sarees, Lehengas etc.) will be shipped from India. Return Policy If an item is unsuitable, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please return the goods within 10 days of receipt, unworn and in good condition with a letter mentioning the order number. We do not provide free return service, the reason being that we would need to increase the price of goods to cover the increased costs. We feel that this is a fair system for all our customers. You need to ensure that you get the proof of posting adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods. EXCHANGE :- If you would like to exchange your order with some other items or another size avaiable, we will be glad to assist you, however a postal charge of 6 pounds would be charged again. Jewellery box or other Jewellery items will be neither exchanged nor refunded due to hygiene reasons. REFUNDS :- You cannot return the goods on the grounds of color choice or handwork for any product, as once you order the product on the site you voluntarily confirm to its color and handwork details. You are not entitled to return the products over the issue of price or shipment cost as you are already confirming to them when finalizing the order. An amount of 25US$ will be deducted from the purchase price. The cost of returning the products by express mail (3-5 day delivery mail) has to be borne by the customer. The products have to be returned in original packaging. Used products are not eligible for a return. Money will be returned back once we have received the products in intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our Quality Department.
