Patchouli is deep amber in color, with a persistent, musty, earthy and exotic aroma that improves with age. Patchouli (ever-popular in the 1960's and 70's) has the properties of a tonic and anti-inflammatory agent. Try it mixed with a carrier oil as a fragrance, or in a diffuser. You'll love it! If you're looking for a scent for that favorite man, many men are drawn to this scent as well.
Patchouli soothes and uplifts the spirit. Useful in protecting dry, mature or blemished skin, this oil also has a certain sensual quality about it. It can also be used on the scalp for dandruff. Interestingly, Patchouli essential oil is used in the East to scent linen and clothes and to repel fleas and lice, but it can prevent sleep due to its nerve stimulating properties.
Please remember, don't take essential oils internally unless directed to do so by your certified practitioner.
This is a safety sealed, 1/2 ounce bottle of Pure Grade and Lab tested Essential Oil. A little goes a long way. It comes in a European Amber glass bottle with a dropper cap. This cap allows you to dispense your oils drop-by-drop. The bottle is safety-sealed for your protection.
How to use Essential Oils

Methods:
Massage - Use 3 drops of essential oil with 1 tsp. carrier oil.
Bath - Add 6-10 drops of essential oil per bath.
Inhalation - Put 3-5 drops on a cotton ball or Kleenex and inhale. May also use 5-8 drops in a vaporizer, or put 3-5 drops in a steaming bowl of water and inhale.
Diffusion - Similar results as inhalation, but using a tealite type or nebulizer diffuser.
Compress - Put 3-5 drops in a hot bowl of water. Set a washcloth or small piece of cloth on top of the water. Wring out and apply to problem area.
Carrier Oils - Any of following may be used with good results: Sweet Almond, Grapeseed, Avocado, Jojoba, Olive,Sesame Seed, or any vegetable oil or lotion base.
