You know it is time to clean up when you forget what color the carpet is in the room. Mind you, I'm not always like this. I had plenty of help from three kids who believe that no item I put down should stay put, and a husband who saves computer parts and broken electronics "just in case". Alright, alright, I do buy yarn by the pound and I have a collection of books any small library would salivate over. I do have a group of friends who are garage sale maniacs that enable me to amass a large pile of items that will take me months to sort between sell, donate, and "why the heck do I have that?" At one time, I had wistfull dreams of neat lined drawers of office supplies, now I have lowered my standards to a clean path to my desk. I started this Summer and am proud to say, the carpet is brown. More later :)
